GovCrew AI is operated during testing by Hole Four Investments LLC. Contact support@govcrewai.com for privacy and account requests.

We process account email addresses, password hashes, company profiles, public opportunity records, generated analyses, subscription identifiers, and operational logs to provide and secure the service. Company profile and opportunity context are sent to OpenAI to generate briefs. The app requests that Responses not be stored; this does not mean the provider has no separate retention obligations. Render hosts the application and database. Namecheap Private Email delivers email. Paddle processes billing when paid enrollment is enabled; GovCrew does not collect payment card numbers directly.

Do not upload classified information, controlled government information, credentials, confidential solicitation materials, or unnecessary personal information. Company claims and eligibility information must be accurate. The beta uses essential session cookies; no advertising tracker is intentionally installed in this build.

Retention: retain active account data to provide the service; upon a verified deletion request, remove primary account data within 30 days, except records required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Backup copies expire under the backup schedule.
